Choc Blocks
Chocolate blocks, poured by hand
Straightforward blocks of good chocolate, made in small batches at our Kurri Kurri factory in the Hunter Valley. Dark, milk, white, white caramel and strawberry, plus chocolate hearts in dark and milk.
We use Belgian couverture, tempered properly, which is what gives a block its snap and its shine. There is no filling and nowhere to hide — these are the products that show most plainly what the chocolate itself is like.
Available online and in all three stores: Tenambit near Maitland, Kurri Kurri, and Lovedale in the wine country.
