Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders within 1–2 business days from our stores in Kurri Kurri and Tenambit. Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes! We deliver right across Australia. Please note that during warmer months, we use insulated packaging and ice packs to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition.
What if my chocolate melts during transit?
We take great care packaging our products for transit, especially in warmer weather. If your order arrives damaged or melted, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes, you can choose to pick up your order from either of our stores — 99 Northcote St, Kurri Kurri NSW 2327 or 49 Maize St, Tenambit NSW 2323. Select "Pick up" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
Products
Are your chocolates made in-house?
Yes, all of our chocolates are handcrafted in-house using premium ingredients. We take pride in making everything fresh in small batches at our Kurri Kurri factory store.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
We offer a range of products to suit different dietary needs. Please check individual product descriptions for allergen and ingredient information. If you have specific dietary concerns, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to help.
How should I store my chocolates?
For best results, store your chocolates in a cool, dry place between 15–18°C. Avoid direct sunlight and strong odours. Refrigeration is not recommended as it can cause condensation and affect the texture, but in very warm weather it may be necessary.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Shelf life varies by product. Our choc blocks and specialty bars typically last 6–12 months when stored correctly. Soft centres and fresh products have a shorter shelf life — check the packaging for best-before dates.
Gift Cards & Gift Boxes
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Our gift cards are available in a range of values and make the perfect present for any chocolate lover. They can be used online or in-store.
Can I customise a gift box?
We offer a beautiful range of pre-made gift boxes. For custom gift boxes or corporate orders, please get in touch and we'll work with you to create something special.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Our gift boxes come beautifully presented and ready to give. If you'd like additional gift wrapping for other products, just add a note at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right. For full details, see our Returns & Exchanges page.
How do I request a refund?
If you're eligible for a refund, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Do you run chocolate-making classes?
Yes! We run regular classes and events at our stores. Check our Classes & Events page for upcoming sessions and to book your spot.
Can I book a class for a private group?
Absolutely! We cater for birthday parties, team-building events, hen's parties, and more. Contact us to discuss your requirements and availability.
